long tym no post lerh..
todae morning wake up my back
ache suddenly,very pain lorh,
lyk last tym,hahas=)
very sure is strain dao my bck,
coz yesterdae me n guiru plae
the thing in bball court,very fun lorh,
the thing is the workers condoned of the
place wiv a string than we lower our bck
n cross over,i fell three times,hahas,
n got practised jumpshot,my back
used many strengh,so strain dao lerh..
