saturday training i coz of some family problem den need
go home liao,my mum appear from nowhere,hahas,
sorry ar,hope no offence,hahhas..
mmm,tues got training liaos,coach finally come bck,
i tot tat she will come bck on fridae or saturday
hahas,now confirm liao,wahahhaha...

this year we r starting to have competition,soo dun slack liao,
let's buck upppp!!mental very important,it controls ur thought,
soo must endure n train our mental well,forgive me,i felt tat my
skills nt so good as b4 liao,i also dun wish deRh,i felt i shld'nt
have gone to penang,1 week no train,will die derh,i really pei fu
