hahas,todae first dae training very tough,four corner left right 100,30rounds updown staircase of bball court,alamak,stomach pain~

me,sure very tough one,sian,my teammates got bbq n cn eat coach prepared derh food when i not around,hahas-jealous liao-LOLS
